ii- Availability of domain name will be checked through authentic domain checker(s) at the time of registration process.

iii- Domain name will be processed for registration after payment confirmation.

iv- Domain will be registered immediately.

v- DNS update request will be entertained via registered e-mail address only through email at sales@nexus.pk

New Transfer Policy w.e.f 1st December' 2016.

Inter-Registrar Transfers:

• i- • After initiation of transfer request based on EPP Code, an approval email will be sent to both registrar (current & New) for their consent.

• ii- An approval email will be expired after 60 days of initiation, if the transfer request is not approved from both registrars.

Inter-Registrant Transfers:

• i- For change of ownership from one person to another person you have to provide us complete detail of new person for separate Billing profile and $10 will be charged for New billing profile.

• ii- After that an approval email will be send on both owner of domain (current & new) for their consent.

• iii- If the Prior Registrant and New Registrant do not confirm the change within 60 days of the request, the change implementation will not proceed.

• iv- Once both Prior and New Registrant parties agree to the requested contact changes, the information will be updated within 1 day after.

• iv- You can update your whois record through your client area.

Please Note:Such transfers may take 5-10 working days for accomplishment.

Inter Registrar Transfer: From One service provider to another Service Provider e.g. Godaddy to Nexus technologies

Inter Registrant Transfer: If you want to transfer a domain from the name of one person to another or person/change in existing records)

i- No Refund Policy for Domain registration, in any case.

ii- Payment can be made through any of the published Payment Modes

iii- ll Pricing mentioned on website is valid for Domain Registrations, Domain Transfers and Domain Renewals.

iv- In case of auto renewal of domain, Customer is requested to clear the annual payment before transferring domain.

v- For domains related queries and issues, Terms and conditions will be applicable according to relevant regulatory bodies.

vi- All prices are in US dollars and its the complete fee to register a domain name. There are no hidden fees to any party.

vii- The price for all TLDs includes registration in the corresponding registry & Domain Control panel.

i- Domain name can be renewed maximum within 10-12 days after expiry date and this will be as a courtesy and not as an obligation (contractual or otherwise)

ii- After expiration, the domain status will be considered in redemption. During the redemption period, the domain will be inaccessible and there will be no guarantee for its retrieval.

iii- To renew a domain name during redemption phase, registrant must pay the Redemption Fee associated with that particular domain. Annual renewal fee will also be paid along with redemption fee.

iv- Redemption fee may vary according to each domain registry and are subject to change without notice, fee details can be asked by emailing billing@nexus.pk

v- Nexus Technologies will Not Guarantee the Renewal of the Expired Domain with Redemption Status.

vi- In Case Domain Renewal Fails from Redemption Status, Customer amount will be credit in his/her billing Profile.

i- Customers are required to notify us about the cancellation of domain Renewal prior to their due dates.

ii- In case of auto renewal of domain, customer is requested to clear the dues first.

iii- Nexus reserves the right to cancel the domain registration at any time, if that domain name is indulged in any unethical activity that violate the laws of government and cybercrime regulatory authority.
